• Download file and write down directory it saves it to(default is usually the browser cache or the main browser folder)
• Click on start, then up to programs, to Windows Explorer and find your browser folder(usually IEXPLORE or NETSCAPE)
• Double click on filename (example: "qlticon.exe")
• It will self-extract to the directory its in, unless you specify a different path
• Exit Windows Explorer
• Right click on icon to be changed
• Left click then on Properties
• Left click on Shortcut tab
• Left click on "Change Icon" button
• Left click on Browse
• "Look in" (the directory you uncompressed icons to)
• Double left click on icon of choice
• Left click "ok"
• Then left click "ok" again
• Icon will now be changed to the new one
