I, like all of you am trying very hard to deal with all the recent
events. Having lost a daughter this year the pain I see in the faces of so
many that have lost family or friends goes straight to my heart. I pray
for any of you that may have family or friends that were a part of this
tragedy.
I designed this piece I call simply "God Bless" as a way to help deal with everything I am feeling. The images on the quilt are familiar to all of us by now. I added the green hill and ground for the plane that went down near Pittsburg. The fireman is to represent all of those that have given and are risking their lives to save others.
